I originally took part in an excellent webinar that Tom ran, offering support to freelancers and small business owners who were struggling to plan in the early days of the Covid-19 shut down. Tom then offered the opportunity to have a couple of one-to-one online sessions with him and he was as generous with his expertise as he is with his time. He asked me the pertinent questions, challenged when needed, cajoled when required and offered practical tools that I could implement immediately – which is everything I’d expect from a coach.
